Ben Zhao is a Founding and Managing Partner of Cowin Venture.
Ben has over 25 years of management and entrepreneurial experience. His profession in venture capital started in 2002. Before joining Cowin, Ben worked at Sino-Singapore Venture where he led various investments. Before that, He had held positions of investment manager of Taiwai Yihe Venture and senior software engineer at ZTE. Ben started his career working as an engineer at PLA.
Ben has led and participated in Tongcheng（00780.HK）, Hujiang, Jia.com（01739.HK）, Haier IC, EASTSOFT (300183), Triductor, InnoLight (300308), NewVision (000008), Alae (300585), Diasc (300554), MEMSensing, PIC, and MAX. He is a board member of Tongcheng, Diasc, and InnoLight.

Dr. Xin Huang is a Managing Partner of Cowin Venture. He started Cowin's healthcare practice in 2012 and has since led the investments.
Dr. Huang has more than 20 years experience in clinical medicine, translational research, healthcare management consulting and venture capital investment. Prior to joining Cowin Venture in 2012, Dr. Huang served as a management consultant at BCG and a senior investment manager at Omaha Capital. He has been closely invovled with more than 20 start-ups, including PegBio, Aucta Pharm, Connect Pharm, CF PharmTech,CureGenix, 3DMed, SynBio, Howsome, Gemstone Bio, CytekBio, CytoChip, PGDx, PapGene, and etc.
Dr. Xin Huang holds an M.D. from Peking Union Medical College and a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University. He was ranked No.1 in the National College Entrance Exam in China in 1995.
Dr. Johnny Sun is a Partner of Cowin Venture, responsible for risk control and capital operation.
Dr. Sun has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, finance, business management. He started his career in venture capital in 2009. Previously, he served as a partner at ZAFFER and a general manager at Gold Credit Guaranty. Dr. Sun has been invovled with more than 20 deals including BoYun new materials (002297), Hzone-Li, ZH-PMI, Even Control, Dewater Tech, Kaitian Environmental Tech, Jiahe agricultural, and etc.
Dr. Johnny Sun holds a Ph. D. in Management from Central South University and is a certified CICPA. He was the vice president of HCGA.
Eric Wen is a Partner of Cowin Venture, focusing on healthcare investments.
Eric Wen has held a series of positions as surgeon in Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, medical representative at Sanofi, medical advisor at Merck, co-founder of Quwan.com, medical manager at Biotech Phama Co., and medical director in at Haodf.com. His career in venture capital started in 2013. Eric has led and participated in deals such as Taimei technology (mobilemd.cn), Gengcast, Fangcun Doctor (fangcunyisheng.com), Neighbor Doc (linjiahaoyi.com), Fanyuchuangxiang (xiaoly.com), and etc.
Eric Wen holds an MS in Medicine from PUMC.
Zhong Chen is a Partner at Cowin Venture, focusing on TMT investments.
Zhong Chen's career in venture capital started from 2012. He has over 5 years experience in TMT investment. Before joining Cowin, he had worked as a PE in SMIC. Zhong has led deals including Powerkeeper, Tetraelc, Meipian, Shiyunji, Linked-F, WeiTianYunTong, and etc.

Di Liu is a Partner at Cowin Venture, focusing on healthcare investments both in China and in the US.
Di's career in venture capital started in 2011. Before joining Cowin in 2015, she had been director at GSR Ventures and application support consultant at Roche Diagnostics. Di has led and participated in deals such as AMT Medical, Gateway Medical, Paragon Genomics, Sensulin, NeuCyte and Mirabilis Medica, etc.
Di Liu holds an MS in Biology from UPenn and a BS in biology from Tsinghua University.
Fred Cheung is the Financial Controller of Cowin Venture.
Fred has over 25 years experience in finance and accounting and investments. He entered venture capital in 2005. Fred's responsibilities at Cowin include setting up USD funds, fund administration, compliance, and reporting. He is also involved in execution and post-investment management of some deals.
Fred Cheung holds a BA(Hons) in Accountancy HK Polytechnic University, and an MBA from Manchester Business School. He is also a member of HKICPA and ACCA.
Chunhui Rong is a Investment Director at Cowin Venture.
Chunhui started his career in 2012. Before joining Cowin in 2015, he had been investment manager at Nanjing Baoan Venture and customer care specialist at Stago Diagnostics. Bruce joined Cowin in 2016. He started his career in venture capital in 2011. He was a director at Jiangsu Ruihua Holdings, responsible for capital operation. Bruce has led and participated in deals such as InnoLight (300308), Zhizhen Electronics, KeFeiPing Pharmaceuticals, and Meijun Electronics.
